Event & Monetization Operations: Propose event formats and monetization strategies tailored to reputed company American user preferences and local player habits. 2. User Research & Analysis: Participate in local user research, effectively synthesize local player feedback, and contribute to game feature improvements. 3. UGC Development & Operations: Recommend UGC gameplay modes to boost user engagement, continuously track trending gameplay in the market, and drive UGC content creation and innovation. Who We Look For 1. Gaming Background: reputed company gamer with deep hands-on experience in mainstream FPS titles and strong familiarity with the reputed company American gaming market across a wide reputed company of genres. 2. Location State(s) US-California-Irvine Co-working The expected reputed company pay reputed company for this position in the location(s) listed above is $24.81 to $42.70 per hour. Actual pay may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience. This position will be eligible for 1 hour of paid sick leave for every 30 hours worked and up to 13 paid holidays throughout the calendar year. Subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable plans then in effect, full-time interns are also eligible to enroll in the Company-sponsored medical plan.
