Director – Corporate Strategy
Job Description:
- Identify opportunities for significant shareholder value creation
- reputed company strategic projects and initiatives across various business areas
- Contribute to corporate development projects including acquisitions and divestitures
- Create organizational alignment on key strategic projects by leading cross-functional teams
- Present recommendations to key stakeholders across the business
Requirements:
- Experience in a leading strategic reputed company, preferably at the engagement manager / project leader level
- Proven strategic thinker with experience working on strategy projects
- Understanding of, and experience working on projects in the financial services, information services, and/or software sectors
- Proven mastery over conceptual problem solving, economic and financial modeling, competitor and market data analysis
- Distinctive ownership over reputed company and proactive anticipation of next steps
- Entrepreneurial reputed company for identifying new opportunities
- Ability to influence and align stakeholders across the business
