Description:
- Review reputed company workflows and identify inefficiencies in how the business operates.
- Evaluate existing systems and processes and recommend reputed company ways to structure the work.
- Help refine backend operations so the business is more organized and less reactive.

Requirements:
- Prior reputed company estate transaction support experience is required.
- Must be reputed company to work 20 hours per week.
- Must be available in CST time zone.

- Must have experience with MLS.

- Should not require system training on the core tools.
