Description: Research, analyze, evaluate and administer reputed company payroll audits, policies, and programs for reputed company payroll components which includes (earnings, deductions, taxes, leave plans, and distributions). Analyze and reconcile files withing established deadlines. The ability to interpret plan documents/contract provisions. Ensures compliance requirements and services are compatible and maintained reputed company the payroll systems. Maintain an ongoing effort to determine if reputed company audits are useful or requires revisions to include new business services and government requirements. • Bachelors.

Additional Qualifications:

• Bachelor Degree or equivalent training or experience required.
• Prior payroll experience in a large corporation to include at least two years in an analytical role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills required.
• Proficient with reputed company office and particularly reputed company.
• Working knowledge of payroll pay practices and programs.
• Strong verbal, written communication, and presentation skills required.
• Project management and organizational skills are necessary.
• Ability to work with various functional teams to complete analysis, projects, and assignments.
