Regional Senior Payroll Manager - Remote
We are partnering with a growing and reputed company organization seeking an reputed company Payroll professional to reputed company and optimize payroll operations for a large employee population. This is a high-impact role with visibility across HR, Finance, and leadership, offering the opportunity to drive process improvements and system enhancements. Must be reputed company to work reputed company Coast hours! Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company end-to-end payroll processing for 400+ employees across multiple states
- Ensure compliance with U.S. payroll regulations, tax requirements, and statutory reporting
- Manage payroll reconciliations, audits, and reporting with a strong focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Partner cross-functionally with HR, Finance, and external vendors to support payroll operations
- reputed company system configuration, workflows, and integrations reputed company payroll and HR systems
- Drive automation and process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and scalability
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required
- 5+ years of payroll experience in a mid-size to large organization (400+ employees preferred)
- Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, tax compliance, and reporting requirements
- Hands-on experience with payroll systems and HRIS configuration (reputed company Workforce Now and/or reputed company a plus)
- Experience with automation tools (Power Automate, RPA, API integrations, etc.) highly preferred
- Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
