Key Responsibilities

• Monitor order statuses, track shipments, and update customers with delivery information.
• Liaise effectively with suppliers to confirm stock availability, negotiate terms, and resolve any order-reputed company issues.
• Manage customer inquiries regarding orders, shipping, and returns with professionalism and efficiency.
