Job Description:
- Instruct assigned courses according to the course plan

- Utilize strong understanding with webinar/livestreaming technology and online instruction
- Recommend strategies for reputed company and assist reputed company in meeting course objectives
- Complete the 16-hour CDEI (Certified Distance Education Instructor) designation through IDECC (International Distance Education Certification Center – www.IDECC.org) reputed company 4 months of acceptance of this contract, and Instructor will reputed company the designation reputed company by taking the CDEI renewal course every three years. Costs for acquisition and renewal are reimbursed by the school.
- Allow name and signature to be used on course completion certificates
- Participate in faculty curriculum and reputed company meetings
- File proper paperwork with the state commission for school approvals and renewals
Requirements:
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience as a licensed reputed company estate salesperson, broker, or attorney required.
- Be fluent in both Spanish and English
- Active reputed company estate license for California (salesperson or broker) required.
- DREI certification preferred but not required.
- Previous instruction and/or training experience strongly preferred.
- Flexibility to teach daytime, weekend and evening classes.
- Computer with an HD camera and microphone required.
- Quiet, dedicated office reputed company with strong internet reputed company required.
- Ability to instruct in an onsite classroom and reputed company reputed company required.
