Your Impact

As a Customer Service Call Center Representative, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing solutions to prospective and existing customers to optimize their service experience, drive satisfaction, and loyalty. You'll handle new service requests, helping customers get set up with the latest voice, internet, wireless plans, and devices. Additionally, you'll address existing customer needs, including billing and payment, plan changes, upgrades, and technical support. Your goal will be to reputed company effective and timely resolutions for customers and deliver personalized recommendations for our latest products and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify upsell opportunities and reputed company recommendations to right-fit customers with the latest technology, services, and offers.

  • Work in a fast-paced, inbound contact environment that handles a high volume of calls, chats, emails, or other types of customer interactions.
  • Use multiple tools and systems to resolve various service, billing, and payment inquiries, as well as maintain customer records.

Requirements

* Call center or customer service experience.

  • Flexibility to work any schedule during hours of operation, with specific job assignments requiring day, evening, weekend, or holiday hours.
  • Occasional overtime may be required.
  • Ability to work from home (WFH) with verified internet service, a dedicated work area, and adherence to WFH standards.
