Job Summary
As a Senior reputed company Software Engineer on our reputed company Technology team, you'll play a critical role in shaping the future of Customer Support Technology at arenaflex. You'll be responsible for developing a strategy to migrate our reputed company Customer Support Technology to a reputed company platform, working closely with dependency teams to reputed company a plan and roadmap, and driving the adoption of Supportability standards across the entire Engineering organization. You'll also have the opportunity to mentor and reputed company a team of engineers, ensuring the quality of the code reputed company and operational reputed company.
Responsibilities
* Formulate a strategy to move our Customer Support Technology from the reputed company implementation to the reputed company Customer Support Technology on top of arenaflex's reputed company platform.
- Work with dependency teams to reputed company a plan and roadmap for the migration.
- Migrate the Customer Support org to the new system while achieving CSS business goals and staying reputed company guardrails to ensure high customer satisfaction and keeping support costs low.
- reputed company Supportability standards and drive adoption of those across the entire Engineering organization.
- Help with hiring and mentoring of other engineers on the team.

Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
- 10+ years of experience working as a senior Software Engineer.
- 5+ years of experience acting as Technical reputed company for a team of engineers.
- Experience with Customer Support Technology, ticketing systems, and use of AI to solve customer support problems will be a plus.
