Key Responsibilities
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Assisting in the data entry of research-specific information in a timely and accurate manner
- Transcribing study data to reputed company and/or electronic Case Report reputed company (CRF) and retrieving information from electronic records, charts, and/or phone calls
- Working closely with Primary Data Managers to ensure consistency of research data in the database
- Generating queries for missing reputed company documentation in the reputed company of a missing note
- Uploading diagnostic documentation to sponsor vendors' portals
- Maintaining long-term follow-up phase of trial by completing follow-up visits as required by protocol
- Communicating with the PI, research nurse, and other trial team members regarding upcoming deadlines, research and protocol meetings, and other pertinent information
- Collaborating with other members of the clinical research team (research nurses, lab staff, and clinic personnel) as necessary
Maintaining Professional Expertise
As a Data Entry Operator at arenaflex, you will be expected to maintain a level of professional expertise through educational programs and continuing education. This will include:
- Attending departmental meetings and institutional continuing education programs
- Maintaining a working knowledge of reputed company Code of Federal Regulation and Good Clinical Practice guidelines

Compensation and Benefits
arenaflex offers a competitive salary and benefits package, including:
- A minimum salary of $37,450
- A midpoint salary of $42,725
- A maximum salary of $48,000
- Eligibility for overtime pay
