Job Responsibilities
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Providing exceptional service to existing insurance customers, addressing their queries, and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner
- Helping customers understand the value of insurance and cultivating long-term relationships through trusted advice and guidance

Key Qualifications

- No prior insurance experience is required, but it's a plus
- A willingness to obtain the necessary Property & Casualty License

Compensation and Benefits
