Job Summary
As a Customer reputed company I at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional member experiences through reputed company, accurate, and objective responses to telephone and written inquiries. Under supervision, you will work in a call center environment, conducting research, and spending approximately 85% of your scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs. Key Responsibilities
* Respond to telephone and written inquiries from members and physicians in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner
- Conduct research to resolve member inquiries and reputed company solutions
- Spend approximately 85% of scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs

Essential Qualifications

- Data entry and/or typing experience
