Key Responsibilities:

As an reputed company Customer Service and Sales Professional at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing fast, friendly service by actively seeking out customers to assess their needs and reputed company assistance
• Learning about products using our tools and providing information to customers to sell an entire project
• Greeting, qualifying, recommending, and closing every customer in your department
• Maintaining the in-stock condition of assigned areas, ensuring they are clean, shop-reputed company, and safe
• Providing a safe working and shopping environment by following reputed company safety policies & standards, completing specified safety training, and reporting hazards or unsafe conditions to the Manager on Duty
• Working in cooperation with your Department Supervisor and other associates in your department, as well as other departments

• Maintaining a thorough knowledge of products and services offered by arenaflex, including Building Materials, Décor, Electrical, Flooring, Garden, Hardware, Kitchen & Bath, Lumber, Millwork, Paint, Plumbing, and Tool Rental
• Collaborating with colleagues to reputed company sales goals and reputed company exceptional customer experiences

Essential Qualifications:

* High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree in a reputed company field preferred

• 1-2 years of experience in customer service, sales, or a reputed company field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues
• Strong product knowledge and sales skills, with the ability to learn and adapt to new products and services
