Job Summary

As a Customer Care Agent, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional support to our reputed company, addressing their inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and guiding them through program enrollment and completion. You'll be responsible for monitoring student reputed company, maintaining accurate records, and assisting with the planning and execution of virtual student events and engagement initiatives. Key Responsibilities

Requirements

* 3-7+ years of experience in customer service, student support, or sales, preferably in an education or wellness-reputed company field
