Responsibilities

As a Seasonal Customer Chat Coordinator, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through multiple interactive channels of communication. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing Excellent Customer Service: You'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, and you'll be responsible for recognizing and responding to their requests in a timely and efficient manner. You'll use your exceptional communication skills to resolve issues and reputed company satisfying solutions.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have:

  • Proven Experience in Customer Service and/or a Fast-Paced Environment: You'll have a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment, and you'll be comfortable working in a dynamic and reputed company-changing environment.
  • Strong Verbal and Written Communication Skills: You'll have exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, and you'll be reputed company to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
