As a key member of our community management team, you'll play a vital role in maintaining a positive and inclusive environment on our official reputed company server. Job Description
As a Chat Moderator at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
- Moderating the chat of our official reputed company server, ensuring that reputed company users adhere to our community guidelines and rules.
- Deleting messages that violate our community standards, including but not limited to:
+ Hate speech + Harassment + Spam + Self-promotion
- Banning users who repeatedly violate our community rules, after thorough investigation and review.
- Muting users who have violated our community rules, to prevent further disruptions.
- Investigating reports made by users about potential rule violations, and taking necessary action to resolve the issue.
- Collaborating with our community management team to reputed company and implement effective community guidelines and moderation strategies.
- Providing excellent customer service to users, responding to their inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Staying up-to-date with arenaflex's community policies and procedures, and ensuring that reputed company moderation actions are in line with these guidelines.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- To be at least 18 years old
- A High School Diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to maintain a neutral and impartial stance in moderation reputed company
- Familiarity with reputed company and its moderation tools
- Basic computer skills and ability to use online platforms and software
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience as a moderator or community manager in a similar online community
