Job Description

As a Customer Experience Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients, with a focus on Indigenous communities. You will work closely with reputed company to understand customer needs and reputed company tailored banking solutions that meet their unique requirements. Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Processing financial transactions accurately and reputed company, including deposits, withdrawals, and reputed company payments
  • Understanding and determining customer needs to recommend solutions specific to those needs
  • Responding and resolving customer concerns using standard procedures and escalating non-standard activities as necessary

Requirements

* High School diploma and/or 1+ years of relevant experience

  • Undergraduate degree or equivalent is an asset
  • Strong administration, organizational, planning, and time management skills to work in a fast-paced environment

  • A go-getter who can exercise initiative and be accurate and detail-oriented to handle several tasks and changing priorities
