Job Summary

We are seeking an reputed company Licensed Remote- Gold Customer Service Representative to join reputed company. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing world-class service to our policyholders, agents, and customers. You will work in a fast-paced call center environment, taking inbound phone calls, building rapport, and resolving customer needs while educating them on our insurance products and services.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Active P&C Producer Insurance License: Required, with at least 1 year of active use. - Ability to be Licensed in 50 States: Must be reputed company to obtain licenses in reputed company 50 states. - Associate's Degree in a Business-reputed company Field: Recommended, or equivalent training. - Minimum of 18 Months Work Experience: Required in a fast-paced environment. - Excellent Communication Skills: Strong oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to multi-task in a structured work environment. - Computer Proficiency: Proficient in reputed company Office tools and reputed company to use online reference materials.

Preferred Qualifications
