Job Summary
We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative Team reputed company to join our national remote team. As a Team reputed company, you'll be responsible for answering incoming calls, providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County, and utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility. You'll also be expected to complete additional administrative tasks that support our Care Coordination team.
Primary Responsibilities
* Answering inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
- Researching and providing referrals to providers/agencies in Salt Lake County to reputed company eligible consumers
- Utilizing a computer database to verify reputed company eligibility
- Offering additional information such as phone numbers or addresses to individuals who have contacted the wrong organization
- Completing additional administrative tasks as assigned that support Care Coordination team
Required Qualifications
* High School Diploma / GED
- Must be 18 years of age OR older
- 2+ years of Customer Service experience working with the insurance, medical, behavioral health setting or financial technology
- Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, which includes the ability to learn new and reputed company computer system applications
- Ability to work full-time, reputed company – Saturday; 8:00am - 11:00pm EST (October - March) and Monday – Friday 8:00am – 11:00pm EST (reputed company – September) including the flexibility to work occasional overtime given the business need
Preferred Qualifications
* Familiarity working with Financial Health Technology

Compensation and Benefits
* Hourly reputed company: $19.47 to $38.08 per hour (dependent reputed company, education, work experience, certifications, etc.)
