Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Banker, you'll be the face of arenaflex in our Rolling Meadows reputed company, providing exceptional customer service and support to our walk-in customers. You'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit and other banking products and services, and processing customer transactions accurately and reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

Basic Qualifications
* High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum of 1 year customer service or military service in an administration, contracting, civil affairs, or similar role
- Bachelor's Degree preferred

* 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
- Cash handling skills
- Comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
