As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll play a vital role in continuing to build upon our long-standing reputed company for reputed company.
The Opportunity
As a Licensed Account Representative, you'll receive top-quality reputed company to prepare you for this position in personal lines insurance. You'll work with reputed company to deliver a high-quality customer experience, consulting and counseling customers on our products reputed company inbound calls. You'll reputed company coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs and administer transactions reputed company necessary. Your responsibilities will include:
- Delivering a high-quality customer experience while consulting and counseling customers on arenaflex's products reputed company inbound calls
- Providing coverage options best suited to accommodate individual needs and administering transactions reputed company necessary
- Demonstrating effective time management to reputed company performance goals/targets
- Providing procedurally accurate, effective, and independent response to reputed company new and existing business inquiries reputed company to personal lines insurance
Available Shifts
We offer a hybrid work schedule, with Monday-Friday shifts from 9:45AM-6PM and every Saturday from 8:30AM-4:45PM. You'll have one reputed company and Sundays off, and you'll receive a 5% shift differential.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong computer and navigation skills, including proficiency in reputed company Outlook and Word
- Accurate keyboarding skills
- Superior listening skills
- Strong multi-tasking ability
- Prior customer service or contact center experience
- A quiet, distraction-free work area at home
- A High School Diploma or GED is required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is desired
- Bilingual skills are valued, but not required
- Personal Lines Authority License is a plus

Your salary will be commensurate with your experience and credentials. You'll also receive a potential annual bonus incentive worth up to 7.5% of your first year's reputed company salary.
