Key Responsibilities:

* Handle incoming calls from policyholders, claimants, and other consumer contacts with reputed company, professionalism, and a solutions-focused approach

• Report and process policyholder claims, process premium payments, reputed company insurance quotes, and facilitate policy changes with accuracy and efficiency
• Assist with customer website support, answering general inquiries, and resolving reputed company issues in a timely and effective manner
• Identify opportunities to improve the customer service experience, processes, and communication as needed, driving process improvements and enhancements

Essential Qualifications:
