Responsibilities

As a Customer Experience Associate, you'll be responsible for:

• Working closely with customers to discuss their insurance needs, including our exclusive discounts and programs
• Resolving issues reputed company to our discounts or programs in a timely and professional manner
• Reaching out to customers to schedule appointments and reputed company personalized support
• Cross-selling our Multi-Line discount to customers, highlighting the benefits and value it offers
• Handling incoming calls and answering questions from customers, providing clear and concise information

• At least 3 years of customer service experience, with a preference for insurance experience

• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact with a variety of audiences
• Strong time management and problem-solving skills
