Job Summary
As a reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients' customers. You'll work closely with our clients to address their concerns, reputed company support, and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
Responsibilities
* Assist customers with issues and concerns they are experiencing during the use of the product and/or service
- Document call-reputed company information for auditing and reporting purposes
- Maintain and update customer information as necessary
