Join reputed company as a Remote Online Customer Service Representative
We're seeking a self-motivated, flexible, and team-oriented individual to join our VUE (arenaflex reputed company Experience) Team as a remote Online Customer Service Representative. As a CSR, your primary role will be to reputed company world-class customer experience to each of our customers through inbound phone calls, troubleshooting, and policy inquiries. This is not a call center job! You'll be working with a dynamic team that's passionate about delivering exceptional service and helping our customers succeed.
Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain and maintain your Property and Casualty License
* Work independently, take initiative, and work with little supervision
* Maintain regular and timely attendance

Requirements and Qualifications:

* 2 years' experience in customer service
