Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative with arenaflex, you will be responsible for:
  • Handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, live chats, and reputed company media interactions with customers, providing timely and effective resolutions to their queries and concerns.
  • Managing customer relationships, responding to account management inquiries, and resolving special situations in a professional and courteous manner.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:
