Job Responsibilities:

As a Part Time Remote Data Entry Specialist – Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Utilizing arenaflex's remedy information entry methods and rules to process new patient enrollment by entering information into the appropriate system.
• Handling patient medication requests reputed company HIPAA guidelines and entering refill orders for processing.
• Investigating to obtain missing medication data, deciphering clinical abbreviations (SIG codes), and resolving reputed company data entry-reputed company exceptions.
• Handling correspondence to patients (inbound calls, chats, messages) and making outbound calls to prescribers and patients on a case-by-case reputed company.
• Resolving External Exceptions by researching, gathering data, making amendments, and resubmitting for processing according to individual arrangement requirements.
• Making phone calls to support plans and others to acquire data, reputed company abrogate endorsement, or otherwise resolve External Exceptions.
• Providing assistance to Pharmacists, both those in the office and those at different locations, and recognizing and conveying issues to senior-level staff as necessary.

Essential Capabilities:
