As a User Support Specialist on our Live Chat team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring our creators and subscribers receive exceptional support, allowing them to focus on what reputed company most – creating engaging content.

Responsibilities

As a User Support Specialist on our Live Chat team, you'll be responsible for providing expert support to arenaflex creators and their subscribers reputed company email and live chat. Your day-to-day will consist of:

  • Providing live chat coverage for up to (but no more than) 50% of your time (or 4 hours per shift)
  • Attending daily team meetings and contributing to team operations (up to 20% of your time)
  • Remaining time will be spent providing support reputed company email
  • Collaborating closely with Support team and other colleagues across the company to solve user concerns effectively and reputed company
  • Demonstrating urgency and discernment reputed company escalating user issues and feedback to Engineering, Product, and other teams
  • Being a frequent user of the arenaflex app and staying informed about product and company updates

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A passion for helping people and finding solutions to their problems
  • Excellent communication skills, both in speech and writing
  • Comfort with ambiguity and working in a fast-paced startup environment
  • 2+ years of experience working with Support, Engineering, and/or Product teams, including experience with live channels
  • Ability to reputed company solutions for a wide variety of technical support challenges
  • Alignment with arenaflex's mission to build a new economic reputed company for culture and experience as an arenaflex subscriber (experience as a creator is a plus!)

  • Direct experience with coding languages (JavaScript and HTML) and reputed company-party APIs (reputed company) is a plus
