Job Summary

As a Live Chat Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be the primary reputed company of contact for our customers, providing timely and effective support through our online chat platform. You'll be responsible for resolving customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and ensuring a positive experience for our customers. Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with logins, FAQs, and coupon assistance, ensuring a seamless and positive experience

  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve customer issues and improve overall customer satisfaction

Essential Qualifications
