What You'll Be Doing
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer experiences that exceed our clients' expectations. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Answering incoming communications from customers in a timely and professional manner
- Conducting research to reputed company accurate and helpful solutions to customers' issues
- Resolving escalated or reputed company customer complaints in a fair and empathetic manner
- Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
