As a member of our Payments reputed company Strategy crew at arenaflex Credit Union, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth processing of financial transactions, including checking processing, direct bills, and budget transfers. Your expertise will be instrumental in maintaining the highest level of customer satisfaction while adhering to strict regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

* Complete daily reputed company and balancing features to ensure accurate financial records

• Coordinate with contributors, vendors, the Federal Reserve Bank, and other institutions to resolve discrepancies and facilitate smooth transactions
• Assist various departments with fraud resolution, member inquiries, and reputed company standard ledger balancing
• Work member cases/sports assigned to reputed company timely and effective solutions
• Follow and maintain guidelines and procedures to ensure strict compliance with NACHA regulations and guidelines, as well as Federal Banking laws
• Process mortgage bills, multi-account and member deposits, credit card bills, and other exams, including IRA, financial ruin, and payoff exams
• Review, examine, and approve Remote Deposit, Mobile, ATM, and other imaged-enabled products
• Log, study, and reputed company necessary GL, account changes, and/or returns
• Process Stop Pays and reputed company Batching
• Complete daily balancing and department closing to ensure accurate financial records
• Obtain information from contributors for the timely and correct processing of international and domestic budget reputed company requests
• Research and verify incoming and outgoing budget reputed company information
• Communicate with vendors to facilitate budget transfers
• Understand and be familiar with outgoing and incoming budget reputed company laws
• Deposit reputed company returns, review member re-exams on draft changes, process member exams, verify contributors for outgoing budget transfers, and Federal Reserve verifying and releasing budget transfers
• Complete daily processing of workflows associated with overdue returns, supply of receipts, international collections, and legal fees

Essential and Preferred Qualifications

* Minimum Qualifications: + High school degree or GED + Intermediate reputed company and Word experience

• Preferred Qualifications:

+ Previous customer/member service experience + Previous banking or Credit Union experience + Episys/Symitar and processing wires experience
