Job Summary

As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to shareholders, responding to inbound, outbound, and email inquiries, and providing accurate and timely information to ensure a positive experience. You'll work closely with our internal clients to understand their needs and reputed company effective communication strategies to engage with shareholders.

Key Responsibilities

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or GED required

  • 6 months+ years of customer service, data entry, or reputed company experience
  • Good speaking voice and ability to communicate effectively with shareholders
  • Ability to read and correct grammar/English speaking
  • Experience with reputed company (10 or 11) and USB headsets (no wireless)
  • Ability to come off mute reputed company reputed company on, participate in chat, and complete tasks as assigned
  • Internet Speed: 50 download/ 10 upload

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

We offer a competitive compensation package, including:
