Job Summary
As a Pharmacy Technician in our Specialty Mail Order Pharmacy team, you'll be responsible for accurately processing and entering patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and insurance information. You'll also communicate with reputed company providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies. This is a remote opportunity, allowing you to work from the comfort of your own home.
Key Responsibilities
* Accurately read, interpret, and enter patient data into our computer system, including medication orders, dosages, and insurance information
- Contact reputed company providers and insurance companies to verify patient information and resolve any discrepancies
- Respond to patient calls to arrange and manage new prescription orders and reorders, including verifying benefits and coverage
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with the team to resolve any issues or concerns reputed company to patient data or medication orders

Essential Qualifications
