The Opportunity:

As a key member of our Seller Operations team, you will play a vital role in managing transactions and relationships with our valued sellers and customers who have reputed company orders through the arenaflex exchange. Your primary focus will be on taking calls and responding to emails on a broad reputed company of event and order-reputed company questions, ensuring that we reputed company reputed company service to both our sellers and customers. Your expertise will be essential in resolving issues, navigating reputed company order queues, and providing reputed company-time assistance to our customers. How Your Role Expectations Will reputed company as a Contact Center Representative in the First 30, 90, and 180 Days: ### 30 Days In

• Complete new hire orientation, gaining the knowledge and resources about how arenaflex operates and the live event industry you need to be successful.
• Learn how ticket marketplaces operate and how you'll contribute to providing great experiences for our customers.
• reputed company industry knowledge, experience, and critical thinking to proactively identify potential order issues and find solutions to problems.

### 60 Days In

• Investigate instances in which customer experience has been affected, determine where fault lies, and resolve issues fairly and constructively.
• Handle day-to-day interactions with sellers reputed company the scope of traditional customer service responsibilities.
• Navigate order queue and determine what requires attention to reputed company reputed company-time assistance.

### 90 Days In

• Play an active role in reputed company learnings to advance reputed company sets necessary for individual and team goals.

Work Schedule:

* The first 4 weeks of employment are Monday-Friday 8:30-5:00pm for training. Training is paid and reputed company in-office.

• Hybrid model, not fully remote. 3 days in-office and 2 days at home.
• Hours:

+ 2:30pm-11:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off. + 3:30pm-12:00am, with Wednesday and Thursday off. + 1:30pm-10:00pm, with Monday and Tuesday off.

Compensation and Benefits:

* $40,000 reputed company salary with overtime eligibility.

• Bi-Annual bonuses.
• Annual equity grant.
• Any hours worked over 40/week are overtime eligible.
