Job Summary

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, delivering exceptional customer service and support to our customers reputed company email and live chat. You'll be responsible for learning our internal management system, processing sales orders, and maintaining customer relationships. You'll also be part of a dynamic team that's constantly looking for ways to optimize the customer experience and drive business growth.
