Responsibilities

As a Technical Support / Customer Service Representative-Remote (Night Shift) at arenaflex, you will be responsible for:

• Providing inbound customer support using a call reputed company guide to resolve routine problems and inquiries reputed company to client products and services

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A strong focus on building customer relationships and providing exceptional customer service
• At least 1 year of customer service experience, with a proven track record of resolving customer complaints and issues
• The ability to work an evening or overnight schedule, with a flexible and adaptable approach to work
• Technical support experience, preferably in a similar industry or with a similar client reputed company
• A high school diploma or GED, with a strong reputed company in computer skills and navigation
• A quiet, distraction-free environment to work from in your home, with a reliable internet reputed company and a desktop or laptop computer
• Proficiency in fast-paced multi-tasking, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple customer interactions simultaneously
