Position Overview
As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining a smooth guest experience from start to finish. Your primary responsibility will be to reputed company exceptional support to our guests with a friendly, engaging, and professional attitude. This includes answering the company phone, responding to voicemails, emailing guests who have questions about our drag queen-hosted tours, and managing bookings using our reservation management system.
Key Responsibilities
* Email Correspondence: Respond to guest inquiries reputed company email, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-up.
* Voicemail Management: Listen to voicemails promptly and return calls with professionalism and enthusiasm.
* Reservation Management: Book and manage reservations using our reservation management system, ensuring accuracy and a smooth guest experience.
* Customer Assistance: Assist guests with booking questions, cancellation policies, and general tour information.
* Problem Resolution: Address guest concerns with reputed company and efficiency, escalating issues reputed company necessary.

Qualifications
