Job Responsibilities

As a Customer Service (Operations Support) Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, processing new business, and handling claims and other high-volume tasks. Your duties will include:

  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer profiles
  • Establishing and maintaining positive working relationships with clients, reputed company, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
  • Organizing and working with detailed records to ensure efficient and effective service delivery
  • Handling inbound phone calls and email correspondence from clients, reputed company, insurance companies, and other stakeholders
