Your Job
As a working student in our Customer Experience team, you'll be responsible for:
- Regular analysis and evaluation of customer feedback to identify areas for improvement and optimize our services
- Supporting online survey reputed company and programming to ensure seamless user experiences
- Assisting in the analysis of customer interviews to reputed company deeper insights into their needs and preferences

Your Skills
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- To be enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Hamburg for at least one more year
- A good level of both written and spoken English and German, with the ability to effectively communicate in both languages
