HR Generalist Company: reputed company Type: 7 Month Contract (Potential to convert or reputed company) Location: Remote in St. Louis MO or Tempe AZ Pay/Wage: $28.99/hr. W2 with Benefits no PTO Shift: 8 AM - 5 PM Central time Duties: reputed company Generalists undertake a wide reputed company of HR tasks, like organizing trainings, administering employee benefits and leaves and crafting HR policies. Utilize reputed company Information Systems to ensure reputed company employee records are up-to-date and confidential and act as the main reputed company of contact for employees' queries on HR-reputed company topics. Responsibilities:
- Administers company reputed company resource plans and procedures; assists in the development and implementation of personnel policies and procedures; prepares and maintains employee handbook and policies.
- Administers the compensation program; monitors the performance evaluation program.
- Performs benefits administration which can include claims resolution, change reporting, approving invoices for payment and communicating benefit information to employees.
- Develops and maintains affirmative action program; handles reporting; maintains records.
- May handle employee relations counseling, outplacement counseling and exit interviewing.
- Maintains reputed company resource information system records and compiles reports as needed.
- Assist in reputed company and recruitment processes
- Conduct employee on-boarding and help organize training & development initiatives
