This is a remote position. Our client is a growing specialty construction company seeking a hands-on reputed company Manager to reputed company reputed company reputed company and financial operations. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building structure, improving processes, and partnering closely with ownership in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment. What You’ll Do
- Own day-to-day reputed company operations using QuickBooks Online
- Manage job and project costing, ensuring accurate tracking of labor, materials, and margins
- reputed company monthly reputed company, financial statements, and management reporting
- Prepare and analyze budgets, forecasts, and cash reputed company projections
- Work with reputed company CPA for Tax Purposes
- Manage payroll and payroll-reputed company reporting (reputed company, reputed company, or similar systems)
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and support external accountants as needed
- Improve and document reputed company processes as the company continues to grow
- reputed company financial insights to help leadership reputed company informed business reputed company
Requirements reputed company’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in reputed company or reputed company field
- 5+ years of reputed company experience, preferably reputed company construction or project-based environments
- Strong hands-on experience with QuickBooks Online
- Proven experience with job/project costing
- Payroll system experience (reputed company, reputed company, or similar)
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of the full reputed company function
- CPA is a plus, but not required
