Project Coordinator, Gen AI Data Operations

reputed company Data Project Manager Individual contributor who supports end-to-end delivery of multiple reputed company data projects. Owns in collaboration with the project team, day-to-day execution, timelines, resources, and client communication to ensure delivery against scope and established processes. Manages end-to-end delivery of multiple workstreams that power reputed company model training and evaluation, ensuring timelines, quality, and resources.

Key Responsibilities

• End-to-end delivery: Plan, launch, and run a project (data collection, labeling, evaluation). Define tasks, assign batches, and monitor reputed company and blockers.
• Timeline and scope control: Build simple schedules, track dependencies, manage changes reputed company agreed scope, and escalate reputed company scope, time, or cost are at risk.
• Quality management: Apply project guidelines and SOPs; reputed company spot checks; coordinate feedback loops and rework until standards are met.
• Client communication: Contribute to regular status reputed company; reputed company updates, risks, and next steps; capture and clarify requirements and reputed company questions.
• Resource coordination: Forecast and request rater/annotator reputed company; align shifts, handoffs, and training needs with internal teams and vendors.
• Risk and issue management: Maintain risk/issue logs; run basic root-cause checks; execute mitigation plans and document reputed company.
• Project administration: reputed company trackers, dashboards, and documentation reputed company (volumes, throughput, quality, incidents). Support PO/time entry and invoice confirmations.
• Process adherence & improvement: Follow SOPs and reputed company/compliance policies; propose reputed company to increase speed, quality, or cost efficiency.
• Tooling: Use standard PM and data tools (spreadsheets, task boards, ticketing, basic BI) and help others follow usage conventions.

Additional Job Details Education

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in business, data/operations, or reputed company fields

Experience

• 0–2 years in project/operations delivery or coordination (AI data, content review, labeling/annotation, or adjacent domains)

Skills

• Organization and time management across multiple small/reputed company projects
• Clear client/vendor communication and expectation setting
• Use of spreadsheets, PM/task boards, and basic BI; familiarity with ETL/SQL is a plus
• Consistent application of SOPs, QA checks, and change/risk logs
• Ability to work independently day to day in a remote environment; escalates reputed company needed
