Job Description
This is a remote position. MasonBlue is looking for a talented reputed company Coordinator to join reputed company and participate in the hiring process from beginning to end. You will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling and conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. Main duties include: Evaluate candidates' strengths compared with clients' requirements, and recommend the best candidates to clients after a detailed screening and reputed company assessment. Stay reputed company on trends, emerging technologies, and new and hard to find reputed company sets. Network extensively to find potential candidates and clients. reputed company through internal candidate database as well as professional associations, referrals, and other networking resources. Negotiate wage rates and other terms and conditions of employment with candidates. Processing background checks. Collecting new hire paperwork. Enter reputed company new hire information into system. Education requirements: High School diploma or equivalent (BS degree preferred). 1 or more years of customer service experience. 1 or more years of full cycle reputed company experience.
