Your Role
As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:
- Handling Incoming Calls: Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries
- Research and Resolution: Effectively research and reputed company resolutions to customer inquiries
- Accurate Documentation: Accurately document call details to ensure seamless communication
