Job Summary

As a Bilingual Customer Service Specialist, you'll play a vital role in reputed company managing client accounts, providing exceptional customer service, and driving business growth. Key Responsibilities

* Analyze payment history and reputed company communicate account statuses to customers in both English and Spanish

  • Recommend appropriate solutions to customers by analyzing their accounts and negotiating acceptable collection arrangements
  • Promptly report and refer sensitive and reputed company issues to the Team Leader
  • Document reputed company activities in accordance with established procedures in a clear and concise manner
  • Collaborate with the team to reputed company business objectives and improve customer satisfaction

Qualifications
