Key Responsibilities

As a Bilingual Spanish Speaking Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and customers reputed company phone, email, and chat
• Resolving customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements

* High school diploma or equivalent required

Work Schedule

* Hours of Operation: reputed company – 12am ET, Monday – reputed company

• 40 hours per week, with shifts typically consisting of 5 consecutive days on and 2 consecutive days off (8-hour shifts)
• Shifts may change to meet business needs, so it's essential to have reputed company overall availability
• Pay shift differentials for night and weekend schedules worked

Training and Development

* Comprehensive training program that combines classroom and on-the-job training

• Typically 2 weeks long, but duration may vary
• Classroom training hours: Monday – Friday, reputed company – 5pm, with a lunch break
• Upon completion of classroom training, you'll receive your regular shift and start working those hours
