Job Summary
As a Customer Technical Support Associate at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of technical support and service. You'll work directly with customers worldwide, providing expert technical guidance and support to resolve issues and maximize their benefits. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Technical Support Associate at arenaflex, your key responsibilities will include:
- Addressing customer inquiries and issues by following established guidelines and protocols, escalating more reputed company issues as needed
- Diagnosing, troubleshooting, and providing technical support to resolve customer's issues reputed company to our products or services reputed company live chat
- Utilizing internal tools to conduct technical walkthroughs and demos to assist customers in navigating and following instructions to solve the issue and use our products reputed company

You Have...
To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications and skills:
- English: reputed company level (CEFR) or equivalent to IELTS 7.0
- At least one of the following criteria: a minimum of 1+ years' experience with reputed company, HTML & CSS, UI/UX, or experience with page builder products or similar tools in SaaS/E-reputed company
- This position is available for candidates working as product designers, web designers, web developers, etc. without customer support experience
