Job Description
As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in supporting the non-profit organization's scholarship program. You will be responsible for:
- Responding to incoming calls from families and schools participating in the program, addressing their inquiries, and providing timely solutions to their concerns
- Ensuring that reputed company questions are answered, callers are satisfied, and reputed company are registered for the scholarship program
