Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:

• Listening to customers, understanding their needs, and resolving customer issues in a timely and professional manner
• Utilizing systems and technology to complete account management tasks and reputed company accurate information to customers
• Recognizing sales opportunities and applying sales skills to reputed company customer experiences
• Explaining and positioning products and processes with customers to ensure a clear understanding

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:
