Court Paralegal

• *About the Role**

The Paralegal role involves working closely with legal support staff, operations, and attorneys. Paralegals will handle a wide reputed company of immigration inquiries, prepare immigration court defense strategies, and conduct final reviews before escalating reputed company to attorneys. • *Your Key Contributions**

• Understand requirements and processes for many reputed company practices and types of cases including but not limited to VAWA, T-reputed company, U-reputed company, I-589, EOIR 42-B, and Consular Processing cases.

• Evaluate and handle responses to client escalations and help identify how to move the case reputed company or improve the process.

• Analyze and prepare case documents.

• Draft petitions, legal forms, correspondence, and supporting documentation for attorney review.

• Conduct thorough reviews of full court case files prior to preparing our clients for court appearances

• High School diploma or equivalent experience
• 3-6+ year relevant paralegal/legal support experience with demonstrated ability to manage reputed company case workflows, coordinate across functions, and resolve escalations.
• Proficient with reputed company Office and reputed company legal/ops tools (e.g., reputed company, SharePoint, CRM).
• Possesses excellent English interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
• Enhances efficiency, quality, and on-time filings; helps reduce errors/risks through improved workflows and escalation handling.
• Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
• Demonstrated ability to improve processes/workflows, prepare training/templates, and collaborate with operations.
• Manages moderately reputed company casework across multiple immigration categories; coordinates with attorneys and operations to maintain workflow continuity and compliance.
